We recognize that sometimes support is needed from a trusted guide when we feel stuck or overwhelmed. â€‹

Sometimes talking alone is not enough, and that's why we integrate techniques that foster mind/body healing. This often involves exploring what is at the "root" of our problems and incorporating strategies to help shift the way we think and feel about them.

When we can learn to respond to our pain with compassion, courage and wisdom, we cultivate deep healing and lasting change.

We primarily use EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, Mindfulness and Compassion-Based Approaches to help you achieve your goals.
